§ 01 · The Platform

Seven modules. One integrated cycle. Configured to your program.

All capabilities →
§ 01

Application & References

A branded portal for applicants and a separate one for references. Conditional logic, document uploads, save-and-return.

§ 02

Reviewer RSVP

Confirm reviewer availability before each cycle — without the email chain.

§ 03

Reviewer Management

Assign by expertise, track conflicts of interest, balance load.

§ 04

Online Reviewer Portal

Reviewers see only their assignments and your rubric. Score, comment, and submit — auditable end-to-end.

§ 05

Management Dashboard

A control panel for the program director. Program cycle, controls, exports.

§ 06

Awardee Portal

After the decision: notification, terms, and onboarding.

§ 07

CRM Integration

Two-way sync with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and other systems your institution already runs.

§ 02 · How it works

A custom fit —
in months, not years.

Most clients launch in one to four months. We don’t sell a generic product and walk away — we configure JUMP to your program, brand the portal to your institution, and stay on the line for every cycle thereafter.

STEP 01
2–4 weeks

Discovery

We map your program, rubric, reviewers, and edge cases.

STEP 02
4–12 weeks

Configuration

Modules stood up, forms configured, branding applied.

STEP 03
1 cycle

Pilot cycle

You run one cycle with our team on standby in real time.

STEP 04
Ongoing

White-glove

Same team, your same number, every year after.

§ 04 · FAQ

The questions
we usually get.

01
Is JUMP a SaaS or custom?
Both. We sell cloud-based application & review software and tailor it to your program before you ever log in — shaped to your process, refined over two decades, and maintained by us, not handed off.
+
02
How much does it cost?
Pricing scales with the modules you run and the size of your program. We're not the lowest-cost option — you're paying for a system configured to you and a team that stays. We'll quote in writing after a discovery call.
+
03
How long to launch?
Most programs go live in one to four months from kickoff, depending on complexity and your cycle calendar.
+
04
Will it work for our weird review process?
Almost certainly. We've configured for jury voting, blind review, multi-round, rubric averaging, and a lot stranger. If we can't, we'll build it.
+
§ 05 · Get started

Ready to run your next cycle without the spreadsheet duct-tape?

Tell us about your program. We’ll schedule a 30-minute walkthrough and follow up with a quote — usually within two business days.
